At last night’s New Beginning USA tour event in Nashville, Tennesse New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) Los Angeles (LA) Dojo Young Lion, Karl Fredericks suffered a right shoulder injury during his match with Yoshi-Hashi. NJPW released the following statement several hours after the event:
Karl Fredericks has suffered an injury to his right shoulder, and as a result will not be able to compete on the remainder of the New Beginning USA tour as of January 27.
Changes have been made to the remaining three nights of the tour, with the details outlined below.
Karl and NJPW would like to apologise [sic] to fans who were looking forward to seeing him compete. We appreciate your understanding.

It’s currently unknown how much time Fredericks will miss from live in-ring action. However, it seems his removal from upcoming New Japan of America (NJoA) cards are more precautionary than a sign of serious injury.
