Nothing like kicking off a new week in Genoa City in style, and CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers wants to give a big thank you to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) for never ceasing to make things more complicated than they need to be in his never ending quest to make others feel inferior.
And the lucky focus of his rage will, of course, be Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
Ultimatum time
While there are a couple of possibilities for Victor laying down the law from Chancellor renting the old Dark Horse offices to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) being in the hospital again, we’re leaning toward the latter.
CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers thinks Billy will run into the Moustache when their paths cross at the hospital. To Victor, Billy is still the ultimate scapegoat. No matter what happens, if Billy is in shouting distance it’s his fault.
So, with Victoria having complications from her magical knife would where a three-inch blade managed to reach her heart and lung from her kidneys, we expect Victor to lay into Billy (again) and this time threaten him with serious harm if he ever comes around Victoria again.
It wouldn’t surprise us if Victor will even tell him he won’t ever see his children again. It’ll be about him displaying his power and dominance, and forcing Billy into a submissive position or even force him to lash out.
At some point, this is all going to come back to bite Victor, and we can’t wait for it to happen. Despite his wisdom and experience, he tends to grasp things too tightly when he’s trying to save or protect something or someone, and that can lead to him squeezing the life out of it.
It also makes enemies out of those that were loyal, so this should be interesting in the coming weeks. Especially if Victoria or others get tired of being under his thumb.
Theo looks for dirt on Kyle
There are few more committed people when it comes to destroying another than Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson). So far, he’s had a hand in Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle)’s marriage, which led to Kyle being even happier.
And that’s really got to piss Theo off, hence why he’s intent on finding as much dirt on the show’s most boring character. Kyle, outside of not knowing what he wants and his whining, is as bland as bland can be. He’s like a space holder.
Even worse, we’re supposed to care about him to the point that we hope Theo fails, but despite his worminess, a lot of us want Theo to succeed big time.
With the new week upon us, remember to check back with CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
