Look at that, we made it through another week and despite the ice storm locking down Genoa City, things look to be heating up in the Newman houses. This is the perfect time for CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers to expect something to go wrong. It’s not our fault, we’ve been conditioned to expect the worst, right?
But it looks like we have a fun episode coming up that should have some memorable moments as well as comical. Depending on each of our points of view, of course.
Victor and Adam agree?

As logical as Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) appointing his son, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to run Newman Enterprises while Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) recuperates, it’s just as logical for us to expect Victor to boot his son to the curb for all of his past transgressions.
Sure, Adam appears contrite and willing to put the family first for once, but it was a quick turnaround from his anti-Victor mentality that it’s left a lot of people wondering about his true motives.
It’ll come down to the pair finding common ground, and it appears that’s going to happen, to a point at least.
That point could be anything from Victor seeing himself in Adam to both wanting what’s best for the family business.
Both open the door for future conflicts when Victoria is well, especially if Adam fills in for her and the company’s profits have soared and it’s started growing exponentially. It’s a lot to happen in a short amount of time, but this is a soap opera and we all know anything is possible, so we might as well enjoy it.
Phyllis infests Nick again
There always has to be that character that we love to hate. The one that’s like a stubborn STD or other disease that simply won’t go away no matter what we try. Penicillin, amputation, flayed alive, nothing works, and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is that character. She’s so much fun, we want to see her stick around to see who she’ll torment next.
In this case, she’s making a house call to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
He may not be happy to see her as CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers believe he’ll demand to know why she kissed him and inform her they aren’t going to get back together.
Of course, given her current situation, she’ll use some excuse or other about real estate while proclaiming she’s now the sole owner of the Grand Phoenix.
He’ll still try to get her out of his life, but the ice storm will have other ideas and she’ll “have” to stay with him instead of returning to the hotel.
Our favorite disease has found a new host. How long until Nick submits to her and her bidding?
Whether it’s this week or the next, CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers will be here with all the spoilers, updates, and speculation to help keep the word spreading.
