There are those episodes CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers just love to share and talk about, and this is going to be one of them. Coming to us all the way from April 6, 2009 is the classic where Billy Abbott (Billy Miller) and Chloe Newman (Elizabeth Hendrickson) get married.
Of course, that’s not the highlight of the episode as, in true Genoa City fashion, the cake hits the fan.
The funny part about this is while it doesn’t involve the Newmans directly aside from Chloe, they’re still in attendance.
Does this mean if anyone wants peace and quiet at a gathering to outlaw a Newman presence?

Getting it started
While the wedding on going full speed ahead despite some side issues with the marrying couple, Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) has been trying to hold her family together while also seeking the proof that Brock Reynolds (Beau Kazer) is her son.
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) arrives at the wedding with the results while Chloe and Billy and putting a bow on their marriage. The principles head off to find out what the results say and that’s when things get interesting.
Jill Abbott (Jess Walton)’s attitude toward Katherine turns even more sour than previously, and the two exchange words.
The cake hits the fan
With Jill and Katherine at each other’s throats, Nikki will try to intercede, but her efforts will fail. And when Katherine has enough of Jill, she’ll grab a healthy fistful of cake and mashed it into Jill’s face.
Of course, Jill will retaliate and the whole room will quickly find themselves engulfed in a good old fashioned food fight.
With this all being said, CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers feels it’s important to note there’s something special about food fights, especially between the higher crust of society. This is an important fact that the Three Stooges ingrained in many of us at an early age, and this should prove to be no different.
That doesn’t mean the theme of the episode aren’t going to be dark, quite the contrary. Aggression doesn’t always come out like we intent it to, but even with emotions running high, these fights look like fun.
With another awesome addition to the Katherine the Great theme week, we can’t find a whole lot to complain about. How are you liking these classics?
