The AEW tag team division is one of the most chaotic in all of wrestling, and that will be shown perfectly in this one. Butcher & The Blade are facing The Young Bucks in a Falls Count Anywhere match. All of Daily’s Place will become a battlefield, and without needing to tag in and out, all hell will break loose. It’s a match that suits the Bucks, a tag match with no rules. Who will be standing when the dust settles?
The Young Bucks Don’t Need A Ring
Wanting to get this fight started early, the Young Bucks would hunt their opponents down and find them in the kitchen cutting meat. They’d wash their hands and properly sanitize their hands, then the bell would ring and a brawl would ensue. There won’t be many wrestling moves in this one, just lots of brawling and strikes.
Blade would throw Nick Jackson at the table, but he’d leap over and shove it into him. Nick would dive off and be caught by Butcher, only to be thrown into Blade’s knee, and then be slammed on the table, meat flying everywhere.
Matt Jackson would go down next, and be suplexed onto a hard metal table. Butcher & Blade would drag their opponents along, with The Young Bucks being thrown into stone pillars. They’d try to use a trolley to squish them against the pillar, but the Bucks would dodge. Blade would be stunned, and Butcher beat down.
Butcher & Blade Have The Advantage
Regaining control, Butcher would slam Matt into the side of the truck before being thrown inside. Nick Jackson would be slammed into a picture of himself on the truck. Matt would dive out of the truck and take both his opponents down, and they’d take Blade along and throw him into some nearby plexiglass.
Butcher would be battered with a metal tray, and then be set on a table, with Matt diving onto him with a senton. The table didn’t break. Blade would flee to an escalator, and hit with a double superkick and be sent for a ride.
This Match Finally Finds The Ring
Following a commercial break, the fight has finally reached the ringside area. Butcher was alone, Blade not seen following the escalator ride. He’d do his best to win the two on one fight, and Blade would emerge with a chair as Butcher grabbed a table. Nick would be thrown over the barricade, but Matt would hit a flipping stunner off the apron to take out Blade.
Another table would be set up, and Butcher would hit a double suplex while avoiding one from the Bucks. Blade would dive over the top to try to put someone through a table, but miss everything and hit face first. Meanwhile, Butcher would hit a running crossbody to smash Matt through the other table. Butcher would go in the ring, but Matt would evade, trip Butcher into the ropes and he’d get a chair to the head.
Matt would apply a sharpshooter, Nick would grab a crossface, but Blade would save the match. Butcher & The Blade would hit a powerbomb neckbreaker combo on the stage, before grabbing two more tables. The Young Bucks would try and stop them, take Butcher out with a double superkick, hit the BTE Trigger on The Blade and set both men up on tables.
Both members of The Young Bucks would dive off the stage, putting their opponents through tables and pin them to win this match.
