It looks like in this week’s Dynamite, there are two hints at massive heel turns and with some massive new storylines being told through them. Cody has been hinting at a heel turn for a while but this week’s Dynamite showed that it’s really started to show some speed. With the massive hint of the Four Horsemen of AEW being in the future most likely a heel faction. It does make a lot of sense that the turn is coming. Even his relationship with Arn Anderson is starting to sour this week making it look like their partnership is on the way out. A heel Cody in AEW would be a massive change but a very good one for the future.
Kenny Omega singles run is imminent.
After watching AEW Dynamite this week, it looks like Kenny Omega, the Cleaner is on his way back. It looks like the feud between Kenny and FTR has finally made Kenny snap. WIth him getting beer poured over him in the latest show. Although his tag team partner Hangman Page is getting weirdly friendly with FTR. It started to look like this could be the fuel to split them up and maybe put FTR and Hangman into a faction. Even though it looks like the Four Horsemen of AEW will be FTR, Cody and Shawn Spears, having a fifth member as Hangman. They could always call themselves the Five Horsemen.
Could we see some massive storylines in the next PPV?
With these storylines already started to heat up. Some of them could evolve into something massive in time for the next PPV in September; All Out. At the moment, it’s only just started but we’ve got nearly two month of shows before then. There are so many opportunities there, it’s actually hard to speculate what will happen. We could see a match between the Elite and the Four Horsemen by that time. Although personally, I want to finally see Hangman and Omega break up and have that 5* star match at a PPV.
