WWE Results and Recap is back and ready for the Bar Fight.
The Bar Fight took place at Irish Shannon’s, with Sheamus entering. The referee and bartender were already there and Jeff Hardy hadn’t yet shown.
Sheamus was about to drink a shot when Jeff called out he was there.
Sheamus offered him a shot to take the edge off, and Jeff asked for a coke.
Jeff pointed out his brother had to delete his WWE career, now he has to save his.
Sheamus told him he’s never going to change as he’s weak, pathetic, and nobody cares about him.
After Sheamus said he’s still the bar, Jeff said he’s connected to everything and is the window and bar.
Sheamus then called him a pathetic junkie
Jeff pounded on Sheamus after throwing a drink in his face.
Sheamus turned it around and slammed Jeff on the bar and shoved him down the length of it like in a Hollywood movie.
He then continued beating on jeff until Jeff fell to the floor.
With jeff down, Sheamus ordered a shot of the good stuff, and Jeff jumped on him after running the length of the bar.
Jeff even used some basketballs on Sheamus before taking him back toward the bathrooms and bounced him off the wall a couple of times.
Sheamus used an empty keg to press against Jeff’s chest, then bounced him off the walls before hitting him with the bathroom door.
There’s got to be a swirly coming up.
In the bathroom, Sheamus shoved Jeff’s face in a urinal as he flushed it.
Sheamus then held him up to the mirror to insult him, and that gave Jeff his second wind and he tossed Sheamus into a bathroom stall.
Sheamus left the bathroom looking for Jeff, and when he walked past the closet Jeff ran out and hit him with a ladder.
Jeff ran the length of the bar again, but Sheamus caught his crossbody attempt and slammed his back into the brick wall.
Jeff ducked a swinging guitar, but Sheamus threw him into a drum set.
Jeff’s comeback
We came back from commercial with Sheamus shouting and challenging Jeff to get up for more since this is what he wanted.
Jeff responded by throwing Sheamus into a bar stool, then hitting a Twist of Fate.
Instead of going for the pin, Jeff set up the ladder and dragged Sheamus closer to it.
As Jeff climbed the ladder, the bartender attacked him, and Jeff powerbombed him through a table.
Sheamus then hit him with a wooden chair and put his hat over his face, wising Jeff sweet dreams.
Behind the bar, Sheamus toasted him with a dark ale and finished the glass.
Finished, Sheamus called for the referee, but when he removed the hat Jeff’s face was painted as a white skeleton.
Jeff then knocked him out with a beer bottle to the head and climbed the ladder.
Jeff then hit with a senton on a seemingly concrete floor (there had to be a mat) for the pin and win.
His music played softly in the background as he limped out of the bar.
This was a pretty decent cinematic match, but it was highly predictable. At least, this should end their feud for a while and we can see them in other angles going forward.
What’d you think of the match? Should the WWE continue the cinematic approach? Let us know in the comments below.
