WWE Raw Results and Recap came back to Raw Underground.
Looks like Shane’s introducing people for once. This time, we got to see Arturo Ruas, a 17 time Amateur Wrestling Champion of Brazil.
Ruas started off with a pair of kicks that sent his opponent out of the ring.
He then followed it up with a slam and continued beating on his opponent despite they guy covering up.
Ruas then let his opponent up and hit with a spinning kick for the knock out.
This was more one sided than the eight man tag match earlier.
Shane asked if anyone was interesting in facing Ruas, but there weren;t any takers.
Dabba-Kato give way to Shayna Baszler
We’re back to Raw Underground and Shane introduced Dabba-Kato again, and he faces a man the size of his leg.
Kato’s opponent tried kicking out his legs, but once Kato got a hold of him, a couple of slams, a knee, and as fake a groin grab as possible led to a final punch.
Shayna Baszler then entered the ring against him, but Shane had Kato leave and asked for a challenge for Baszler.
No one was interested, so she went out o the ring, clocked someone and carried her into the ring and pounded on her.
One at a time, the other woman jumped her, but Baszler sent them to different corners of the mat before two charged her at once
They grabbed her legs but she kicked them off before the third came in.
She nailed on with a spinning kick before locking in a Coquina Clutch on one for the win.
Back in the arena, the commentators were cut off by a video of Retribution beating on a car they presumably flipped on its roof.
Randy Orton (W/Ric Flair) vs. Kevin Owens
Owens wasted no time in heading to the ring, and made sure to say something to Ric Flair before entering to face Orton.
They circled each other before locking up and jockeying for position before Owens pushed him to the center of the ring and Orton locked in a headlock.
Owens threw Orton off the ropes, and absorbed a shoulder block before hitting with an elbow and Orton rolled out of the ring.
When Owens went to pull Orton into the ring, Orton grabbed his feet and dragged him out of the ring.
Orton poked Owens in the eyes to counter Owens’ assault.
In the ring, Orton countered a stunner, and Owens countered an RKO with a super kick.
Owens hit with a cannonball in the corner, but appeared to hurt his shoulder.
Orton slipped out of the ring, and Owens hit with another cannonball and talked smack on Flair.
Owens comes close
We came back from commercial to Owens in control in the ring, and he hit Orton with a few knife edge chops right in front of Flair.
Outside the ring, Orton countered Owen’s attempt to throw him into the ring stairs, and sent Owen into them with his injured shoulder first.
Orton then threw Owens into the barricade and rolled into the ring. He waiting until the referee reached the count of eight before heading back out to break the count.
Orton then sent him into the other ring stairs.
Owens managed to make it into the ring at the count of seven. Once back in the ring, Orton stomped on Owen’s ankles as he took his time.
He followed it up with a stomp to Owens’ midsection and ground his foot into Owens, then hit with a knee to Owens’ head before locking in a reverse chin lock.
Owens fought out the hold with a few strikes, but Orton countered and threw him into the ropes.
Owens managed to hit with a kick and a senton to give himself some time.
Owens sent Orton off the ropes, but Orton hung on and slid out of the ring. Owens followed him out, and Orton suplex slammed him on the announcer’s table.
Orton threw him back into the ring for a near pinfall.
Frustrated, Orton put Owens on the top rope, but Owens managed to fight Orton off and sent Orton to the mat.
Owens then hit a senton off the top rope for a near pinfall.
Owens mocked Orton’s crawl while calling for him to get up.
Orton shoved Owens off when he tried to hit the stunner, and hit with an RKO for the pin.
This was arguable the best match of the night, but he didn’t punt Owens as he had rolled out of the ring following his loss.
Orton then grabbed a mic and told Flair not to leave. He wanted him to stay put because there’s something they need to talk about.
