WWE Raw Results returned from commercial to a recap of Retribution’s recent actions, and Jerry lawler is back on the commentating team.
Backstage, Rey Mysterio was asked what it’s like to see his son going for his first WWE championship opportunity.
Rey said it’s an honor to see his son follow in his footsteps.
The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) came out to help announce the Triple Threat tag team match
Andrade and Angel Garza vs. Seth Rollins and Murphy vs. Humberto Carrillo and Dominik Mysterio
The match started simple enough with Garza throwing his pants at Murphy, then stepping out of the ring, forcing Andrade to enter against Murphy and Carrillo,
After some posturing, Andrade slipped out of the ring, so Carrillo and Murphy locked up, and they exchanged arm locks.
Murphy seemed to grow bored and switched to a headlock, but when Carrillo tried to throw him off the ropes, Murphy switched back to an arm lock. Carrillo then flipped to relieve pressure and thre Murphy through the ropes.
Andrade grabbed Carrillo, and he and Garza worked Carrillo over.
Carrillo threw Andrade into the ropes, and Andrade Spider-Maned it and looked comfortable waiting.
Murphy hit Carrillo from behind, and Andrade kicked him in the head. They then tried to double team Carrillo.
Carrillo used Murphy to slingshot off the ropses and throw Andrade out fo the ring with an arm drag.
Carrillo back flipped Murphy over the ropes and onto the apron, then his with a step up kick to send Murphy to the floor.
Dominik tagged in and he hit Garza off the top rope with a splash on the floor while Carrillo hit Andrade with a suicide dive through the ropes.
Dominik threw Andrade into the ring for a near pinfall.
Andrade nailed Dominik with a chop and a kick, but Dominik fought back and reversed a backflip into a sunset flip for a near pinfall.
Garza tried to throw Dominik out through the ropes, but Dominik reversed it into a 619 into Garza’s midsection, and then Murphy threw Garza into Dominik’s midsection, sending them both to the floor.
Murphy hit Carrillo with a kick, but came out of the short end against Andrade, but still caught him with a knee off the ropes.
Rollins was happy standing on the apron and watching at this point.
With Murphy down, Rollins decided he didn’t need to take part anymore, claiming he has a lot on his mind, and left the ring.
Rollins was pleased with himself.
While he walked away, Garza and Andrade abused Murphy, with Andrade hitting with a reverse elbow, and Garza hit with a wing clipper for the pin.
After the match, the Street Profits had a verbal exchange with Andrade and Garza. The Street Profits literally dangled the belts like worms on a hook.
After a recap of last week, it cut to Shane McMahon leaving the Raw Underground to appear on the Kevin Owens Show to promote Braun Strowman and Dabba-Kato’s match.
His guard wanted to come to, and after some joking back and forth, Shane headed out with his guard remaining at his post.
Retribution’s second message
After commercial, Retribution called out the Hurt Business for not being part of the solution, choosing to bend their knee instead of joining them.
Dijakovic promised their payment will come in the form of a match against Retribution.
Since they’re wearing masks, WWE Raw Results wonder what their new names will be? We assume we’ll find out later in the show. We just gotta wait.
