CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers here and we’re ready to roll with some fun spoilers that may feel live déjà vu at this point.
We’re not surprised given they probably need filler for the episodes from time to time, so a little laziness can be expected, though we expect something interesting, we think.
The Newman family saga is going to continue as Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will once again be offered help from his father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
Maybe we’re stuck in a time warp or something? Wasn’t it just a week or two ago we watched something along these lines?
That’s not going to be as fun an exchange as Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) attempting to play peacekeeper between Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
Nothing like having a couple of wars going on in Genoa City to make things interesting, right?
War zone
There may be braver men in Genoa City, but few could match Nick when it comes to willingly walk into the crosshairs of family members gunning for each other.
Of course, after all of these years he knows the dangers and where to step, especially with his sister and former ex.
Still, we don’t envy him for what’s he’s about to undertake.
Victoria and Phyllis are two of the strongest willed women around and they have their sights set on each other.
CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers expect Nick to try to buy time with Phyllis, which she may grudgingly give. She won’t listen, since doing so would take away the fun.
As for Victoria, we expect Nick to continue to work the emotional angle by trying to reach the old Victoria and continue to convince her this path will only turn her into what she hates.
Good luck, Nick! He’s going to need it.
Helping hand
Victor has offered Adam help so many times recently, we stopped keeping track.
It’s not that it’s a bad thing, just excessively repetitive.
Still, we expect Victor to offer to allow Adam’s son and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) to stay at the ranch where they’ll be safe, and he may even offer the same to Adam.
It’ll be meant to show Adam that he doesn’t want to fight, but Adam won’t take it that way and we think he’ll swat away Victor’s hand once again.
We won’t be surprised if there’s another offer from Victor next week.
How do you think Nick will fare? Let us know in the comments, and be sure to check back with CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
