Cameron Grimes is always getting himself in trouble in NXT. He likes to pick fights, and this has led to him facing Finn Balor, Keith Lee and more. However, tonight he got himself in his deepest fight yet. He has been picking a fight with Dexter Lumis for weeks, expecting a simple match. Instead, he faces Lumis in a Haunted House Of Terror Match.
Cameron Grimes was taken to the parking lot by William Regal, and told to get into a sketchy white van. WWE legend Micheal Hayes got a ride here in it, so lord knows where it’s going to take Grimes, or what awaits him at the Haunted House Of Terrors. This is gonna be fun.
Dexter Lumis & Cameron Grimes Star In A Horror B-Movie
Grimes would arrive at a run down shack, overgrown with weeds. Marilyn Manson would be playing in the background for all this, as Grimes wandered to the house being spooked by everything. Lumis was hiding in a tree, giving him the jump on Grimes from behind.
Grimes got into the house, only to be spooked by a deer head and tricycle, as Lumis creeped quietly into the house. A referee would be standing quietly in the corner, another jump scare for Grimes. Lumis had finally caught up to Grimes, and would try to choke him out, Grimes just barely being able to escape and slam Lumis into a mirror.
He’d flee to another room, before the door was kicked down. Grimes would then find himself in a bathroom, where behind a curtain was a demonic girl, straight out of The Grudge. At this point, Grimes wanted out for the house, and would look for a window, Lumis grabbing Silence through it.
The horrors of the house would swarm Grimes, but he armed himself with a pole, before being jumped on by the demon girl from the shower. He’d thrash into the yard and throw her off, before being run back to the van. Lumis was driving the van, so Grimes simply ran off and we got a ‘To Be Continued’.
The Sequel Involves 5% More Wrestling
Catching back up with this match after Ripley vs. Gonzalez, Grimes was running on foot back to the Capitol Wrestling Center, where this match will likely finish, unless Lumis just runs him over. He’d make it back in record time, fear being a great motivator.
Lumis had a van though, so he made it back with a lot more left in the tank. Grimes would collapse at ringside, and out comes Lumis to finish this match, but the Zombies are back. He’d try to hide in the ring, but there was Lumis. Lumis has mentally destroyed Grimes, but he still tried the Cave-In, taking a spinebuster.
Zombies got in the ring, and Grimes hit a Cave In. One climbed onto the shoulders of Lumis, and was thrown into Grimes, perfectly legal in this match. Silence would be applied, and this nightmare was over for Grimes.
Will Grimes think twice before picking another fight with Dexter Lumis? Was this the best horror movie WWE ever shot? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.
