‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’ve got some fun spoilery goodies to share.
The past is never buried in Genoa City, and it looks like this episode is going bring some skeletons out of the closet and potentially bite a few people.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, January 12: Lily Learns about Billy’s Indiscretion; Amanda Gets a History Lesson
First up will be Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) as one of his past indiscretions was hinted at by Summer Newman (Hunter King) and will be expounded on for Lily Winters (Christel Khalil)’s sake.
This could be an interesting segment as it’ll explain why Billy and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) are so competitive and whether Lily can get past Billy cheating on Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) with her daughter.
Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) has wanted to learn more about her past, and she’ll get the opportunity.
CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers are curious how she’s going to react to what Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey) will have to say.
Sounds like fun, right? Well, let’s dive on in.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, January 12: Skeletons arise
There are moments we all wish could be forgotten or ignored, but that’s not always the case. Especially when it comes to daytime television.
During their alone time, Lily and Summer bonded a little with Summer giving away more than she probably wanted to, and Lily picked up on it.
We think she’ll ask Billy, and we think he’ll be forthcoming with her. He won’t want to keep any secrets between them, but he’ll try to be discreet for Summer’s sake.
Of course, Kyle would take this or if Billy says he’ll tell Lilly later as a chance to rip into him.
There’s so much potential for a good fight in this scene we could almost forget the ramifications it could mean if Lily continues to wonder if she and Billy are right for each other.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, January 12: History unburied
The storyline and explanation we’ve been waiting for is finally here as Amanda will finally have her questions answered.
This has been built up for so long, we’re really hoping they find another way to explaining the reason she and her sister were given away doesn’t involve Naya being too poor or her parents not accepting her babies.
Even Naya saying she intended to search for her would be way too cliched for our liking, but since those are probably the safest and best answers we’ll get, we’re looking forward to Amanda’s response.
We’ve seen her crank out some awesome performances lately, and we expect that to continue as she deal with the news coming her way.
We have a feeling this is going to be a very difficult scene to get through.
Which segment do you think will create the better angle going forward?
