‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set with some spoilery goodies to get us ready for another fun day in Genoa City.
It looks like we’re circling back to come old storylines once again.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, April 1: All about Adam
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will have a disagreement with her father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), about Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) for what feels like the millionth time.
And like the other times, we don’t see Victor giving in because that would be wrong, but pitting one’s children against each other to earn his trust and pride is a good thing.
Still, we understand Victor’s desire to help and protect his children from outside forces, though he should probably be more concerned about inside pressures.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expect this argument to go like all of their others with Victor refusing to leave Adam’s side.
Victoria will end up feeling exasperated and the two will be at odds once again.
On the flip side, things may not be as tense as we expect as they’ll also share news about Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind), but that’ll lead back to Adam and round and round we go.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, April 1: Lauren questions Phyllis
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is intent on helping her daughter any way she can, so she’ll try to pump Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) for information.
We think she’ll also do her best to cast doubt on Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) in general, but Lauren won’t buy into it.
In fact, we think Lauren will continue to defend Sally as she hasn’t seen anything to be worried about.
She then turn the tables and grill Phyllis about her motives behind digging up dirt on Sally, and she’ll probably hint that it has to do with keeping Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) eligible.
They continue going back and forth, but Lauren won’t do more than promise to keep her eyes open and chalk most of it up to Phyllis being Phyllis and trying to stir something up.
She won’t be far from the truth, but in this case Phyllis will be trying to do a preemptive strike.
We have a feeling she won’t be in time as Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor)’s idiocy will bring things down on them first, but Phyllis will happily blame Sally and that could be interesting.
Will Phyllis make any headway in her quest to out Sally?
