Since joining NXT UK, Ben Carter has changed his name to Nathan Frazer and started to rack up some wins on his way to championship glory. Tonight, he looks to prove that he can beat anyone, even a massive brute like Saxon Huxley. Huxley has been at the top of his game lately, even having taken men like WALTER to their limits in a somewhat recent match, just based on his sheer size alone. Frazer won’t have any easy time tonight, but anything is possible.
Saxon Huxley Dominates His Foe
Frazer would quickly try to take down Huxley, and get caught and thrown aside. He’d try to grab a headlock, before again being thrown aside. Frazer went for a chop before another headlock, and was tossed again. This time he’d land on his feet, go for the single leg takedown, and was blocked.
Finally he’d use his high flying skills for a crossbody, only to be caught and slammed into the mat. Huxley went high risk by his standards with a running elbow drop and missed, but stayed in control, driving Frazer into the corner and stomping him down into the mat.
Frazer was being manhandled as he was thrown across the ring after Huxley asked if he wanted to fly. He’d come back with a basement dropkick before taking a big boot to the face. Huxley took a dropkick and just came back with an elbow drop and applied a camel clutch.
Nathan Frazer Refuses To Give Up
Frazer would be driven into the corner and placed onto the top rope, but come back down with a crossbody. He’d pick up some speed and hit a shoulder tackle, sending Huxley to the outside. Huxley wasn’t safe as Frazer soared through the ropes to crash into him, before sending him back into the ring.
Frazer foolishly went for a suplex and didn’t get the big man up, instead hitting the moonsault off the middle rope which set up a reverse DDT. Huxley was down, and Frazer dove across the ring with a dropkick to keep Huxley down. Frazer went up again and hit a frog splash for the win. He might have taken 80% of the offense in this one, but was able to get the win in the end.
What’s next for Nathan Frazer? Could he be the one to take the Heritage Cup from A-Kid? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.
