Impact Wrestling Results returned as Fire ‘N Flava pimped out their title defense at Against All Odds and declared themselves the best Knockout Tag Team Champions in history.
They then had the brilliant idea to ask those they found if they know who the best tag team is ever.
They started with a janitor that just started and they coached him through to the answer and declared he knows nothing, then stopped another man collecting garbage.

Rosemary came up to them and asked if they’re harassing people and when they tried to back away they backed into Havok, and Hogan asked why does this happen every single time.
Rosemary threw Steelz into the wall, and then she and Havok dumped Hogan into the garbage bin.
In the garbage can they found a garbage back with Mickie written on it in reference to how the WWE sent Mickie James her things.

Satoshi Kojima w/Eddie Edwards vs. Rhino w/Violent By Design (Eric Young, Deaner, Joe Doering)
This should be a good one, especially with Edwards and Kojima getting a tag title shot if Kojima wins.
Their initial lockup resulted in Rhino throwing Kojima back with ease, and then hitting a shoulder block off the ropes, and then another when Kojima started to get things going.
Kojima started to turn things around with several strikes and an elbow that forced Rhino to head to the floor to rethink his strategy.
Rhino retook control as he hammered on Kojima in the corner, and hit an elbow and a neck hold.
Kojima fought out of it with some elbows, but Rhino dropped him with a elbow off the ropes for a pin attempt.
Kojima dodged a charge in the corner and hit his machine gun chops and followed it with a running forearm and a flying elbow off the top rope for a near pinfall.

Rhino survived a series of forearms to his a clothesline and a gore in the corner, but Kojima blocked a German suplex attempt and hit a DDT to buy some time.
Kojima sidestepped a Gore and hit a Koji-Cutter, but he wasn’t able to capitalize on the move as both men were down.
Kojima got to his feet first, and nailed his lariat for the win. With any luck, we’re going to have a fun tag title match at Slammiversary.
For once, @TheSamiCallihan is going to do things @ScottDAmore's way. #IMPACTonAXSTV pic.twitter.com/Ct1fclrsXw

Tommy Dreamer does the unthinkable
Sami Callihan interrupted a promo by Josh Mathews and D’Lo Brown about last week as he was in the ring demanding to see Don Callis and Scott D’Amore.
It didn’t take long for security to come out, but none of them were brave enough to get too close, and Scott D’Amore came out to calm the situation.
He sent security away and told Callihan if he wanted to lay him out to do so, but he’s on Callihan’s side.
D’Amore said he’s been working on his behalf all week and he’s not helping his case at the moment. He asked him to have faith in him.
Callihan said he doesn’t like authority, but he’d do things D’Amore’s way just this once.

Don Callis came out and told D’Amore he told him so. He said no amount of therapy can fix Callihan, and he admitted he overstepped his bounds for D’Amore.
Callis added that they’re better than the wrestlers, that they’re not the “pieces of garbage” and “tools.”
D’Amore told him he fired Callihan to protect his nephew and Tommy Dreamer came out.
Dreamer said he’s not there to tell D’Amore he told him so. Dreamer then said he’s the person Anthem has sent because he went to them and asked for them to hear him out.
He said Callihan has been reinstated. Dreamer said he has that news and that someone else needed to be fired. He said D’Amore said he’d change Impact and it looked like he was going to fire D’Amore.

He told D’Amore was great, but when personal goals and friendships come first things have to change, and effective immediately Don Callis is fired from Impact Wrestling as EVP.
Callis lost his cool and insulted Dreamer as he left the ring with his face redder than the Impact logo.
Dreamer told him a garbage bag was waiting for him in the back.
Backstage, Callihan stopped him and straightened his shirt and told him he’s not going to inflict violence on him. But he’s going to take Kenny Omega and bash his brains in.
Callihan closed it out with a book on Callis’ nose.
This was a cool ending we hoped we’d see and a really good show overall. What did you think of it? let us know in the comments below and thank you for joining Impact Wrestling Results.
We had a great time and can’t wait for next week. See you all then!
