On Sunday Night, CM Punk would return from his seven year hiatus away from the ring to face Darby Allin. He didn’t miss a beat, and was able to play Darby like a fiddle and nail two big Go To Sleep for the win. Tonight he will speak live to perhaps let everyone know who he wants to lock up with next – and when to expect him back in the ring.
CM Punk Doesn’t Know What Is Next For Him
He’d get right to it, and thank Darby Allin, Sting, and all the fans. Punk didn’t know if he still had what it takes, but it was like riding a violent bicycle. The crowd gave a big “You Still Got It!” chant, which Punk soaked in. He’d hype up Minoru Suzuki being in the main event, and he’ll be sitting and watching like every other wrestling fan as he faces the hometown boy, Jon Moxley.
Next, he’d hype up the surprises on All Out. Ruby Soho, Adam Cole and a man he knows so well – Bryan Danielson. Crowd was building in reactions with each name. Afterwards, he’d say that he doesn’t know what is next for him, and wanted the crowd to decide. Taz would grab a microphone, and would interrupt. The crowd was not happy about this, and out of respect Punk will let him keep going.
Team Taz Is Stirring The Pot
Taz has known Punk for a long time. He’s tired of this bullshit lovefest, and the match with Darby Allin was good – but he better never mention a member of Team Taz again. If he does, he’ll be left laying by HOOK, Powerhouse Hobbs or the FTW Champion – Ricky Starks. Punk would ask for everyone, and say that can beat him if they can, and they’ll survive if he lets them.
Using the verbiage of Taz got him flustered, and that’s not a great move sometimes. It seems this will be his next feud, and it offers him two fresh matches – three if HOOK is ready to go.
