The release date of the latest game in the WWE 2K series is fast approaching. We recently got a look at the entire roster of 170+ wrestlers to be included in the game, and now know the songs licensed for the games soundtrack. This year, the cover star of the game and sixteen time World Champion John Cena had a major hand in picking the songs for the soundtrack – and picked 11 licensed tracks to be added into the game.

This is a solid mix of genres, spanning from heavy metal to pop to punk rock. In addition, players will be able to mix in their favourite WWE theme songs from the roster – meaning the 11 tracks won’t wear out their welcome. It’s also a standard feature to allow players to choose which songs to hear, letting you only hear your favourite tracks. A good soundtrack can really elevate any sports game, and while very few fans will love every track on offer – it provides good variety for the space between matches.
WWE 2K23 is set to release on Xbox, Playstation 5 and PC on March 14th, 2023. Will you be picking up the latest WWE 2K game, or will you be waiting for AEW Fight Forever later this year? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.
