WWE Raw Results returned as the introductions were made and then started the match off trading hold attempts, and Gable hit a right in the corner instead of breaking clean.
Cody caught Gable on the top rope and hit an inverted superplex that caused Gable to roll to the floor to regroup. Cody turned it up with a powerslam and Disaster Kick for a near pinfall, and then locked in a figure 4.

Gable made it to the ropes, then countered a second Disaster Kick by catching him in mid air and hitting a bridging German suplex for a near pinfall.
Gable then hit a Cliffhanger DDT and headed to the top rope for a moonsault and another near pinfall and an emphatic kickout by Cody he shouldn’t have been able to do.
Cody hulked up wen Gable chopped him and then hip tossed Gable to the floor after a series of attempts form each. Cody then nailed him with a dive while Otis was distracted.
Cody helped Otis to find the woman he was looking for, then he sent Otis over the barricade.
He closed it out with a Cody Cutter and a Cross Rhodes for the win.
After the match, Cody pointed out he has yet to share the ring with Roman Reigns, and while Reigns is on Smackdown, he’ll be there too.
Backstage, Baron Corbin had another interview cut short when Byron Saxton went to interview Owens, so said he’s not going to stop until he gets what he wants and he doesn’t want any help.
Asuka vs. Carmella
After a couple of lockups, things devolved into a slugfest for a time before Asuka went for an ankle lock and Carmella kicked her off to break the hold.
Carmella hit a splash for a pin attempt, but then ran into a high knee for her own pin attempt.
Carmella pulled the ropes down to sent Asuka to the floor then hit a superkick on the floor to gain the advantage.

Asuka fought out of a rear chin lock, but Carmella dropped her with a shove and she told Asuka she’s not scared of her and she beat her once and will do it again.
Asuka responded with a back first and a combination of strikes and kicks. She followed Carmella to the floor and hit a running knee, but in the ring, Carmella avoided her missile drop kick and this a superkick for a near pinfall.
They traded pin attempts before Asuka locked in an armbar to force the submission.
After the match, Asuka demanded Bianca Belair come to the ring and Belair came out.
Belair said if she said anything but how they’ll tear the house down at WrestleMania she’ll remind her she’s the EST and Carmella hit the both from behind.
