With 2020’s Survivor Series in the rearview mirror, WWE Raw Preview gets a mostly fresh slate to look forward to for tonight’s WWE Raw.
It’s been the standard the last few months as the WWE has regularly chose to release a handful, if any, matches or segment previews, choosing the WWE brand over anything else.
Still, we do have a couple of things we can play with, and one of those is The Fiend and Bray Wyatt.
Believe it or not, we have a reason for mentioning those characters separately, and our speculative reasoning is as follows:
The Fiend vs. Randy Orton
This has been teased for a few weeks now, and since the Fiend doesn’t need a title to make him relevant, we expect the Fiend to start going after Randy Orton hardcore.
WWE Raw Preview expects the show to start with Orton trash talking Drew McIntyre for losing to Roman Reigns.
This is where the Fiend will interrupt and attack Orton to officially trigger their feud.
There’s a possibility that we could see a Triple Threat Match with McIntyre, but that’ll just be an extension of his and Orton’s feud and isn’t needed.
So maybe we should expect it to some degree?
For us, it’ll be great to see the Fiend and Orton start things off and that cam last for a couple of months at least if handled right.
Bray Wyatt vs. John Morrison
During last week’s match when Wyatt was dismantling the Miz, Morrison managed to get Wyatt’s attention not once, but twice.
He also got Alexa Bliss’ attention and she took him out when she knocked him over the barricade before she joined a victorious Wyatt.
We don’t expect Wyatt to forget the Morrison got involved, so there could either be a match between them tonight or Wyatt will make his presence known during a segment or match.
While over saturation is always a concern, Wyatt has the ability to appear multiple times a week simply because of the different characters he portrays, like Mick Foley with Mankind, Dude Love, and Cactus Jack.
We’ll be able to see more of Wyatt while never knowing what he’ll throw at us and it’ll help keep things fresh.
They’ll still have to make sure to limit the Fiend segments, but we don’t see any reason why We can’t see more of Wyatt and/or Bliss, which brings up the question what’s next for her?
It should be a fun show tonight. What do you think will happen or do you want to see? Let us know in the comments below.
