Hello and welcome to Impact Wrestling Live Results!
I’m your host, CP Bialois, and we’re set for what looks like a fun night ahead of us.
There’s plenty of time to grab some snacks and settle for the 8 p.m. EST showtime, and Impact Wrestling Live Results will see you all then.
BTI (Before The Impact) –
Tasha Steelz w/Kiera Hogan vs. Alisha Edwards
Steelz won after hitting a sit out slam called the Drop for the win. This was a fun match and Edwards nearly stole the win a couple of times.
Deonna Purrazzo w/Susan vs Jazz w/Jordynne Grace
This was a good match Jazz had won until Susan hit her in the forehead with her shoe and Purrazzo rolled her up for the win. How the ref didn’t see it is beyond us.
X-Division Championship – Ace Austin (c) w/Madman Fulton vs. TJP
This started off as the same hold and reversal match we expected, and Austin countered a superplex with a facebuster off the top rope as we headed to commercial.
This was a great match TJP had won, but Fulton broke up his pin and DQing Austin.
Fulton then chokeslammed TJP and stomped him when Josh Alexander came out with a chair to chase him and Austin out of the ring.
Matt Cardona said he didn’t follow Brian Myers to Impact and doesn’t want to fight him, but he added that if Myers wants a match that’s fine but when it’s done they’re done.
Rohit Raju vs. Fallah Bahh
This was a decent quick match that showed Rohit at his best as he outmaneuvered Bahh for the win.
Kenny Omega and Don Callis cut a cool promo about their willingness to do anything it takes to make history at Rebellion.
Honestly, I think Callis was better last week, but this was still a great segment.
Acey Romero w/Larry D vs. Trey Miguel
Trey took it to Romero to start off, but Romero his a sidewalk slam as we headed to commercial.
Trey won after he hit a meteora off the top rope and Larry and Romero beat Trey down afterwards.
Sami Callihan appeared and took out Romero with a baseball bat and ducked a superkick from Trey that hit Larry before disappearing.
Eddie Edwards vs. Karl Anderson w/Doc Gallows
This started off with a couple of reversal before Edwards sent Anderson to the floor, then hit a crossbody on both Good Brothers to send us to commercial break.
Anderson won with a spinebuster after Edwards ran into a steel chair.
FinJuice appeared on the monitor to torment the Good Brothers and listed their recent wins and hinted they may have some friends to keep the Good Brothers company until their rematch.
This was a pretty fun show with a good mix of promos and matches. What did you think of it and what’s your favorite segment?
Let us know in the comments below and thanks for joining Impact Wrestling Live Results. We had a great time and can’t wait for next week. See you all then!
