Hello and welcome to Impact Wrestling Live Results Rebellion Bound!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VD0tGoveD4I
This is going to be an awesome show as it’s the Go Home episode for Rebellion and a historic match as Impact World Champion Rich Swann faces AEW World Champion Kenny Omega in a title for title match.
Impact Wrestling Live Results will be here and ready to go at 8 p.m. EST showtime, and we’ll see you all then!
Segment 1
BTI (Before The Impact) – Madman Fulton w/Ace Austin vs. Fallah Bahh w/TJP vs. Petey Williams w/Josh Alexander
This started off with some comedy and Petey tried to chop both Bahh and Fulton and was ignored before being knocked out of the ring by a double shoulder block by the giants.
Segment 2
This was mainly between the big men with Petey finding ways to stay alive until Alexander nailed Bahh with a right so Petey could hit a sunset bomb off the top rope for the win.
Segment 3
The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson, Doc Gallows) vs. Decay (Crazzy Steve, Black Taurus) w/Rosemary
The Good Brothers dominated this match before they hit the Magic Killer on Steve.
Segment 4
Tenille Dashwood w/Kaleb with a K vs. Susan w/Deonna Purrazzo
Tenille started off with the upper hand until Purrazzo tripped her and Susan attacked her from behind as we headed to commercial.
Segment 5
This was a decent match that Tenille won with a running kick, and she then told Purrazzo she’s there because of her and to polish the Knockouts title for her to win it at Rebellion.
Segment 6
Shera w/Rohit Raju vs. Jake Something
Shera dominated most of the match, but Jake made a comeback and had the win until Rohit distracted the ref.
Shera then hit a Sky High sit out powerbomb for the win.
This was pretty much what we expected with Rohit playing a role, but we would’ve loved to see what Jake and Shera would’ve given us without his interference.
Segment 7
Rich Swann challenged Kenny Omega to come out and face him after his actions at the press conference last week.
Omega and Don Callis appeared on the screen and Omega put his ego on full display as he’s already planning on winning the Impact Championship.
Moose then came out and wished Swann good luck, and told him he better not lose his titles of he’ll face the ultimate consequence to him.
Swann told Moose he’ll win at Rebellion and will have no problem pinning him again.
Segment 8
Kiera Hogan w/Tasha Steelz vs. Jordynne Grace
This was a quick match that ended in disqualification when Steelz broke up a pin attempt by Grace.
Hogan and Steelz went after Grace, and Grace’s new tag team partner came out to help her. It’s no other than Rachel Ellering, daughter of Paul Ellering, former manager of the Road Warriors.
Segment 9
Eric Young w/VBD (Rhino, Joe Doering, Deaner) vs. Eddie Edwards w/Willie Mack, Chris Sabin, James Storm
This match started out in classic fashion with both jockeying for position before Edwards hit a snapmare and a locked in a headlock as we headed to commercial.
Segment 10
This was an awesome match that displayed a good mix of old and new school styles. Young eventually won when he rolled Edwards up in a small package.
A brawl quickly followed as all eight men went at it in the ring and on the floor, giving us a taste of what we’ll see this Sunday at Rebellion.
This was a good show with some fun matches and we’re ready for Rebellion. What did you think of it? Let us know in the comments below and thanks for joining Impact Wrestling Live Results.
