I’m your host, CP Bialois, and we’re set for a fun night of matches as drama as we sifts through the fallout from Against All Odds and learn the future of Sami Callihan and Slammiversary’s main event.
We’re going to grab some snacks, but we’ll be back the the 8 p.m. EST showtime to get Impact Wrestling Live Results running.
Segment 1
BTI (Before The Impact) Daivari vs. Jake Something
Daivari started it off fast by going right after Jake, but Jake’s power was too much early on while Brian Myers and Sam Beale watched from ringside.
This was a solid match that Jake eventually won with a Black Hole Slam, but he shoved Myers on the floor so Myers attacked him after the match.
Beale sent Jake into a Roster Cut, and the pair posed over Jake.
Segment 2
Black Taurus w/Crazzy Steve vs. TJP w/Fallah Bahh
This should be a good match, but we have a feeling Moose will make himself known here after saying he’ll make the time to ensure his rematch is granted.
This was another really good match TJP won after hitting a Mamba Splash and after surviving a Black Taurus onslaught.
Moose came out and threw TJP to the floor and tried to hijack the show, but Chris Sabin hit him with a missile dropkick and challenged Moose to a fight.
This should be a good one when it happens.
Segment 3
Josh Alexander vs. Madman Fulton w/Ace Austin
This was a great match as Alexander never backed down and eventually hit a double underhook piledriver for the win.
Austin attacked him, and then Petey Williams and Trey Miguel came out as well as Rohit Raju.
Shera was the final one to come out and laid waist to Petey, Trey, and Alexander and then he Rohit, Austin, and Fulton held their hands high in victory.
Segment 4
Steve Macklin vs. Jason Page
This was a fast one as Macklin dominated and finished Page off with a Dragonsleeper DDT type of hold.
Segment 5
Tenille Dashwood w/Kaleb with a K vs. Rachael Ellering
This was a really good match that went back and forth with Tenille stealing the win with a crucifix pin when Kaleb distracted Rachael.
Segment 6
Fire ‘N Flava were doing their typical bragging when Rosemary and Havok threw Hogan in a dumpster and she found the garbage back WWE sent Mickie James’ things to her in.
It was a cool shade moment Impact Wrestling is so good at.
Segment 7
Satoshi Kojima w/Eddie Edwards vs. Rhino w/Violent By Design (Eric Young, Deaner, Joe Doering)
This was a solid old school style of match that Rhino controlled through most of it, but Kojima kept fighting back and hit his lariat for the pin.
They’ll face VBD in a tag title match that we’re expecting will be at Slammiversary.
Segment 8
Sami Callihan appeared in the ring and Scott D’Amore came out to calm things down.
Don Callis came out when Callihan left, and then Tommy Dreamer came out.
Dreamer was the Anthem official, and he said changes had to be made so Callihan is reinstated.
He then made it sound like D’Amore was going to be fired, but he fired Callis instead.
Backstage, Callihan stopped Callis and told him he’s going to bash Kenny Omega’s head in since he’s the one Callis cares about the most.
Slammiversary is going to be so much fun. We loved this episode, but we want to hear from you. What did you think of it?
