One of the bigger shocks in recent years with professional wrestling was Bad Bunny stealing the show at WrestleMania two years ago. The grammy winning Latin Trap music artist put in the work, and alongside Damien Priest would defeat The Miz & John Morrison. He’d also join the 2022 Royal Rumble match, one of the few highlights in a bleak event. However, as for if WWE fans will ever see him enter the ring again – Damien Priest has now chimed in on this.
Bad Bunny Needs Time To Get Invested Into A WWE Program
While speaking with Steve Fall for NBC Sports Boston, Damien Priest would be asked if we will ever see Bad Bunny in a WWE ring again. It all comes down to the music megastar having enough free time to get invested in a program. Priest would be quoted saying the following.
“It comes down to he had a perfect time in his schedule that he was like I’m not doing anything, I’m gonna move to Florida just to train and completely invest all my energy and time into this. He’s not someone that just wanted to just come in and then leave or just promote something. He wanted to get invested, if he gets that time again where he could devote himself, 100% I believe we’ll see Bad Bunny in the WWE ring again.”
Damien Priest Has Proven His Worth In WWE
As for Damien Priest, he has recently linked up with Rhea Ripley & Finn Balor in the Judgement Day faction in WWE. Originally led by WWE Hall of Famer Edge, a change in leadership followed the Hell in a Cell PPV. This could allow Priest to share the ring with Edge, something which only help him improve as a professional wrestler.
Priest has really proven his worth in WWE since his time in NXT, where he is a former NXT North American Champion. A lengthy reign as United States Champion showed he can compete with some of the best, and fans are hoping to even see him as WWE or Universal Champion in due time.
