Kane’s Returning
Yep, that’s right. Kane is reported (rumored) to be coming back for an appearance later this month.
It started back in October when the WWE put a video on their youtube channel where he speaks of not liking how his last match ended and when it comes to wrestling, never say never
To address the elephant in the room, why?
Well, it could be several things. The WWE has been bringing back their legends in an effort to sell tickets and put over their current talent the fans just don’t care about for various reasons.
It could also be part of the bash legends arc they’re running with Dolph Ziggler, though having the man face Goldberg and later Kane would get old quick.
Maybe he’s coming back as another sacrificial push for the Fiend like Kurt Angle? While the Fiend’s been growing in popularity, him besting a monster like Kane, back in all his fire and brimstone gimmick, would be a HUGE push.
Would Kane go for that, doubtful. If his sentiments mean anything, the WWE will bring him back to go out in a blaze of glory.
There’s a possibility he and Daniel Bryan could recreate the Hell No team, though fans have already spoken about that. The same with the Brothers of Destruction.
While all of this is merely speculation, it’s pretty cool to try to think of where they’d put him. While it may be painful to watch some legends anymore, there is hope that he’ll stop the bleeding and give us a match we’d all like to see again.
Maybe he’ll even face the Fiend following the Fiend’s destruction (heard it here first, folks) of Fin Balor at SummerSlam. Kane may not be able to give us a full twenty minute match anymore, but neither do most of the current superstars, so as long as he has a good showing, it’ll be worth it.
