NXT UK Takeover Blackpool II is underway as I type this folks! I’m Jordan Huie of the Overtimer here to give you the live recap and results from the show as they come! The four-way tag team ladder match just concluded! Gallus defended the tag team titles against Imperium, the Grizzled Young Veterans and the team of Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster. Mark Coffey and Wolfgang won the titles from Flash and Mandrews a few months ago, who in turn took them from Zack Gibson and James Drake.
It’s safe to say that multi-way tag team ladder matches have quite the history in WWE. So this bout really had a hell of a lot to live up to.

DOUBLE SWANTON OFF THE LADDER THROUGH THE TABLE, OH MY GOD!
That was some next level improvisation, holy hell! Have I mentioned that NXT UK Takeover Blackpool is awesome? Mandrews and Morgan climbing ladders in the ring now but Grizzled Young Veterans cut them off! But as Drake climbs and Gibson stands watch… Mandrews grabs up a Kendo Stick! And sweet Christ he is wailing on them both with it, vicious! Mandrews clears the ring and climbs, but Imperium into the ring! Barthel shoves him off the top, Aichner catches him for a brutal brainbuster! Barthel climbs… Mark Coffey stops him! He wants a german suplex… slowly tips the ladder over but Aichner barely grabs it to just keep it from tipping and saving his partner!
Aichner wants the European Bomb… but Mark fights out of it, WOLFGANG SPEARS AICHNER RIGHT THROUGH THE CORNER LADDER, IT SHATTERS COMPLETELY! Coffey tips Barthel off the ladder and he falls onto all five of the other men, as Gallus climb the ladder and grab the titles! Jesus!
Winner: Gallus
This… was absolutely insane. I said it had a lot to live up to but man did it deliver! This was up there with some of the top matches of it’s kind if you ask me!
It’s the first result tonight that’s surprised me, but a hell of a defense for Gallus, really establishing them well as top champs.
