Nikki worries herself sick?
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) would do anything for her children, and it’s frustrating her to see Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) struggling to get over what happened to her at the gala.
The doctors can tell her it’ll take time all they want, Nikki will be fretting with herself over is she should push harder or let Victoria heal at her own rate. While she’ll grow more worried about her daughter as the days continue on, she may end up making herself sick.
She was warned several times during Victoria’s initial stay in the hospital that she needed to look after herself or her MS would flare up.
This seems like a probable upcoming storyline as she doesn’t pace herself when it comes to her family, and when we add in any time she may spend with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) helping her, and it’s a recipe for disaster for her health.
CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers believe this will put the Newman family on the defensive once more and cause more harm to Victoria as she’ll blame herself for her mother being sick. It’ll be a circle that could go on for some time before the writers tire of torturing them.
Phyllis goes after Chance
This was bound to happen at some point given the game Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has been playing lately. She may know a lot about Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz), but she won’t be prepared for what he can actually bring to the table.
Still, that won’t stop her from going after him and giving him both barrels of her opinions and threats after what happened in her room. We can expect her to go up one side of him and down the other, making promise after promise, threat after threat until she feels she’s exhausted herself and decide to move on.
This is where it could get interesting.
We have two possible outcomes here. The first is Phyllis doesn’t realize anything is out of sorts until afterwards, and when she finds out the thumbdrive is missing from her safety deposit box, she’ll lose it.
The other is she’ll realize during her giving it to Chance that he’s taking her abuse well and try to call someone to check. Chance my try to stop her, or she could get through to someone.
Depending on how this works out, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) could get caught. If she does, we may see a side of Chance that’s been lurking underneath. Or he could give in to Phyllis and become another infected soul.
