CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers here with some more spoilery goodness to help pass the day. It’s amazing that no matter how much something changes, it still stays the same. Such is the case when battling an infectious disease like Phyllis Summer (Michelle Stafford) as she looks for every chance to wiggle into the tiniest of crevices to infect her target.
And then there’s Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) and their shenanigans. But why wait for the episode when we have spoilers to share, right?

The game’s afoot
If there’s one thing that’s agreed on, it’s that a disease must be fully eradicated for the host to be in the all clear. But when a disease is as persistent as Phyllis, what can really be done?
That’s a question Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) are dealing with.
So far, they appear to be winning the battle, but an injured Phyllis is a dangerous Phyllis, so they need to take care of her as best as possible. What this is could be interesting, but CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers believe it’ll be along the lines of setting Phyllis up for blackmail.
This may seem impossible without the original recording, but all they had to do was put another, benign one in its place. Maybe even one of Phyllis bragging about holding something over their heads. Seriously, what are the chances that Chance wouldn’t have something on him secretly recording their conversations.
It’s not like he probably doesn’t have experience with that. Of course, he could’ve also managed to have some friends find her mole, and that could make things uncomfortable for her.
Looks like some fun times are in store for this trio. Any bets on how fast Phyllis suffers a breakdown and starts throwing things?
Strange visitors and mixing things up
Adam has been so intent on showing his father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), that’s he’s just like him and deserves the CEO’ seat. But despite all his planning, Adam has missed the fact they expect him to do something, and Victor will plan for it in his way.
Given that, we expect Victor to arrive in Genoa City with someone that’d show Adam he’s onto him. There’s no word on who it is, but we’re expecting it to be Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico).
It makes sense that Victor would track her down, but will the mini reunion be a pleasant one and Victor understand why Adam did everything, or will it be the first in a nuclear meltdown.
Chelsea, on the other hand, is going to be busy stirring some things up. With Adam in control of his endeavor, she may offer him some help, or offer to join Abby and Chance to torture the bejeezus out of Phyllis. Whichever it is, CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers bet it’s going to be a fun one.
