One of the brightest young teams in WWE today has another chance to capture their first taste of gold in WWE. This is the powerhouse duo of Otis & Tucker, Heavy Machinery. They will enter this match with a heavy strength advantage, and with the fans firmly behind them. Could a big championship win help Otis get over his heart being broken by Mandy Rose?
Likely To Enter The Match First
With them being the biggest men in this match, it would be hard to imagine WWE stuffing two men who tip the scales at over 300 pounds into a pod together. This makes it likely they will be one of the two teams to start this match, making it an endurance game for them. Elimination Chamber matches generally last between 20 to 30 minutes, but every minute is full of pain for anyone involved. Should they start first, it would be a hard win, but not impossible. They wrestled for 42 minutes on Smackdown however in a gauntlet match, so there might not be as much in the tank as normal.
Could Otis Be Distracted?
Another potential pitfall for Heavy Machinery is that Otis has a score to settle with one other man in this match. This is Dolph Ziggler, who alongside Bobby Roode will enter the match last. Dolph Ziggler was the one who stole Mandy Rose on the planned Valentines Day date, and they were also the team to stop Heavy Machinery in the gauntlet match on Friday Night Smackdown.
Heavy Machinery Would Be Fresh Champions
One of the problems with WWE is they have a very hard time making stars. Fans will get behind people, but they will take too long to actually find success and fans move on. Heavy Machinery are one of the most popular acts in all of WWE right now, with fans especially loving Otis. Giving them the Smackdown Tag Team Championships would make fans interested in seeing the belts at Wrestlemania, because they already want to see Heavy Machinery.
The deck is stacked against them at Elimination Chamber, but who doesn’t love a good underdog story? Heavy Machinery are going to be the wildcards going into the match, as there are plenty of ways the evening could go for them.
