WWE Monday Night Raw rolls on. MVP is backstage with a special setup for the VIP Lounge. Talks up the Money In The Bank men’s qualifying matches will be taking place next week. Rey Mysterio will face off with Buddy Murphy, that sounds awesome. Aleister Black vs. Austin Theory is interesting as well. And the third match will see Apollo Crews go up against, in MVP’s own words, one of the most accomplished wrestlers in WWE history, perhaps the greatest ladder match competitor ever… MVP! Amazing. MVP calls himself the favorite to win it all and caps it off with a call of “Ballin!” Speaking of Aleister, out he comes to the ring. He’ll go up against Oney Lorcan! Assuming this ain’t a squash this will be a real scrap…
Aleister Black vs. Oney Lorcan
Oney with a side headlock into a waistlock. Black trips him down and gets him in a Front Facelock. Oney escapes into an arm bar and grinds him into the mat. Waistlock as he takes him back up transitioned to a side headlock, Black reverses but Oney gets it right back on. Black rolls him to the mat for a bridge and a 1 count. Back up to their feet, Aleister with another facelock and pushes him against the ropes, clean break. Oney with the headlock once more, Aleister tries to push off but he keeps ahold. Pushes him off, Japanese Arm Drag hit flush by Aleister! And another! Surprise European Uppercut from Aleister nearly takes him to the floor, he rushes into the ring, ducks a clothesline and hits a Springboard Moonsault! Takes Lorcan to the apron and kicks him to the floor as we go to commercial break.
We come back to see Oney uppercutting Black in the corner. Black fights out, back elbows his way out of a half-n-half suplex. Lorcan with a knee lift to the gut though, whip to the ropes, charging back elbow for a 2 count! Full nelson cinched in! Gets Black down to a knee. Aleister fights to his feet, tries a spinning elbow but Oney ducks it and trips him into a Single Leg Boston Crab! Upkicks to the face break the hold. Back elbow, diving inverted drop toe hold into a Kneebar attempt but Oney gets to the bottom rope for the break. Leg kicks, Black ducks a punch and gets him down into a Cross-Armbreaker attempt but can’t flip him onto his back, Oney grabs the rope to stop it. Black with some driving elbows, legsweep, basement dropkick! Springboard Moonsault Press avoided this time, big lariat from Oney for a nearfall! Lorcan with some knife edge chops, Black responds with a leaping knee to the chest! And there’s the Black Mass for the victory!

Man having Burch and Lorcan in as job guys is one thing but I really never expected to see Oney Lorcan in such a serious singles match on Raw. That was just a straight-up fight, they just let ’em go. And I dug it! Black afterwards is asked about his upcoming MITB qualifying match against Austin Theory.
