CBS The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers here with a some spoilery goodness, and what better way to pass the day following April Fool’s than with an episode that was made for April 1?
Okay, that may have been a bit catty, but considering we’re looking at an entire episode that’s focused on Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope)’s current shenanigans, it seemed to fit.

What’s a “I want my man back” storyline without some emotional poking and prodding? And that appears to be what we have coming as Sally is expected to overhear a private conversation between Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) and Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden).
What’ll really make this interesting is Sally will send Flo a special delivery. What is it? Excellent question.
CBS The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers think it could be a picture of Sally and Wyatt together, or even some baby clothes “accidentally” sent to the wrong address (they were for Sally). The former feels too in your face for what Sally’s doing, but the baby clothes plays into the theory that Sally is pregnant, and it could reinforce or hinder Flo’s intention to look deeper into what’s really going on.
This is assuming that the conversation is about Sally, which seems like a pretty safe bet.
But as luck would have it, this isn’t all of the carnage that Sally’s going to stir up one way or another.
Dr. Escobar is stressing
There was a time when throwing her lot in with Sally’s scheme seemed like a good idea for Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) at one point, but it may not seem like it anymore.
Penny is beyond stressed, as was evident the last time her and Sally spoke, but it looks like things are going to get worse. Penny’s belief that something at work could go wrong due to her actions are looking pretty accurate.
Now, the question as to how or why comes up, and CBS The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers believe it’s got something to do with Flo and/or Wyatt.
We’re thinking that one or both of them contacted the clinic to inquire about Sally’s condition, maybe through another doctor’s office or because Flo was asking about her condition.
What could make this interesting plays into the previously mentioned theory that Sally is pregnant, and Penny’s colleague could be wondering why a pregnancy test is garnering so much attention.
This would lead to Penny trying to bumble (putting it nicely) through her reasons and excuses as to why, and possibly prompt a panicked phone call to Sally.
Wonder if Sally has a contingency plan for when Penny folds, gets fired, or loses her mind in the most glorious way possible.
Unfortunately, there’s no way to know what’ll happen until the shows air, so let us know what you think is going to happen.
