Well, here we are getting ready for a fun new week and CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers have some juicy spoilers to partake in until the clock strikes 12:30 on Monday afternoon.

Victor delivers his ultimatum
Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) thinks he’s so close to achieving the respect he deserves that he’s going to meet with his father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) expecting the meeting to be Victor passing the torch.
Unfortunately for him, CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers believe Victor will be waiting, ready to drop his counterstrike on Adam. We expect he’ll deliver an ultimatum to Adam either telling him to vacate the CEO seat or face Victor’s wrath and possibly be expelled from the family, or he’ll take a subtle approach and explain how disappointed he is in Adam and leave any threat hanging in the air.
Adam won’t understand this and think it’s Victor trying to mess with him since he obviously won. He won’t understand that old lions never leave a pride willingly, and Victor has no intention of having anyone tell him what to do. This could unsettle Adam enough that he may publish the story, but then he’ll have an irate Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico), who won’t be happy after her chat with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
This should get interesting real fast.
Phyllis and Nick are interrupted
As much as it hurts to say it, if anyone deserved to have a fun getaway to celebrate a victory, it’s Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).She may be Genoa City’s version of a disease, but she deserved some time to relax after thwarting Abby Newman (Mellissa Ordway).
Of course, this could be what ultimately finds her and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) on their relaxing getaway. Abby may have figured out how to counteract Phyllis’ claims and informed on some of her own. After all, who is better equipped to dish on any shortcomings than a previous co-owner?
Since this is the logical thought, so CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers expect the writers to do something underhanded and have them meet old friends. It’s still a cool angle as few things mix things up more than bringing in and old or new character to make things spicy.
There are plenty of chances to delve into their pasts that we haven’t seen yet just like they did with Adam, and that should only make it more interesting.
