Nothing like a heart warming spoiler to start the new week off, and CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers has one where Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will ask Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) for help.
This feels like a surprise given Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) had just taken her to the Grand Phoenix for a relaxing break. But really, it makes sense as she’s facing surgery to hopefully remove the cancer. Everyone’s trying their hardest to make this as easy as possible on her, and CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers believe that’s where Nick comes into play.

Plea for help
While we’re not sure why she’ll do it, it’s a safe bet that Nick will come to Sharon’s aide when she calls him. We can only speculate as to why, but we think it’ll be to help steady her for her final push before her surgery. Assuming it’s not going to be postponed or something else has happened.
There’s always the possibility that there’s been a dynamic shift in her cancer and things may become extreme. It seems a bit much, but not surprising if they take it down a longer, darker path. This has been one of the best written and executed storylines on daytime television, but a really cool happy moment where Sharon’s cured with minor surgery and no further complications would be perfect for many of is given real world issues.
One possible reason is Sharon will want everyone to know she loves them before she goes in for surgery in case something happens. It’s a long shot, but stranger things have happened (like knives magically growing when they’re touched by blood).
We’ve seen hints that Nick will not only help support her, but he’ll gather her friends and family to do the same. This has the potential to be an awesomely touching moment as she’ll get to see everyone that loves her there in one place.
We hope this isn’t just a way for the writers to mess with us before dropping us down a dark hole of Sharon’s suffering and possible death, but it’s something they’ll do just to get the feels. Better stock up on some tissues.
