WWE Monday Night Raw continues. R-Truth comes out and says he heard from Pretty Ricky that Lashley has been a bad, bad man. He does not want Bobby to put him in Nelson from the Simpsons again. But he explains that his childhood hero John Cena would never give up against a mean man like Bobby Lashley. Just like he will never give up in getting his baby back. Again threatens to sack Tom Brady and get his 24/7 Championship. Yeah, he said it. Bobby Lashley is out here now for their third straight match for some reason.
Bobby Lashley vs. R-Truth
Truth has them stop, goes to the outside and puts on his dumb teeth to transform into Pretty RIcky and ask him if Bobby really wants to fight him. Asks if he can shuck and jive. Lashley pursues him, Truth punches him repeatedly in the face until Lashley puts a stop to that, hoists him onto his shoulder and runs him headfirst into the ringpost! Takes him into the ring, teases a strike and makes Truth block, just smacks him in the face mockingly. Demands Truth hit him, he drives him into the corner but Lashley fights out with a shoulder block. Pulls him to his feet, knees to the gut, Full Nelson applied and he transitions to a Full Nelson slam! Then he yanks him up with another Full Nelson and it’s cinched in, that’s the end.
Winner: Bobby Lashley
I’m kinda surprised they just call it the Full Nelson. When Chris Masters did this they called it the Masterlock, usually they’d want to disguise this kind of thing a little bit. It looks legit when he wins with it though which is honestly really impressive.
Backstage, Lana watches Bobby Lashley celebrate his victory and just loses it, screaming as shrilly as possible as she just finds random things and tosses them. I think she was standing in a warehouse of some sort, purely to ensure she’d have tons of tools just laying there to throw in rage. Elsewhere, Asuka and Kairi are still smiling and walk opposite ways in a really unnatural manner. This reveals Nia Jax is there stalking them and comes up really close to the camera so they can get a close-up on how broody her face looks. She got utterly punked out earlier in the night.
