If there’s anything CBS “The Bold and the Beautiful” Spoilers have learned is that this week has the chance to be the best theme week yet. For some, it may be because it’s focused on Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang)’s greatest moments, and while that’s awesome, we’re enjoying it because it’s showing us some forgotten gems on why one shouldn’t mess with her.
Airing on December 11, 1998, this episode is one that’s beyond epic. It’s a testimony on how to spike the ball where it hurts, and elevated Brooke (not that she needed it) to new heights of greatness.

Meeting of the minds
Some of the greatest moments in history started with a simple comment or meeting, others by random chance. This had a little of both as Brooke just happened to cross paths with Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo), Ridge Forrester (Ronn Moss)’s current wife of the week. Or was it month? When one goes through marriages like tissue paper, it’s hard to keep track, right?
Anyway, they have a brief argument over, yep, good old Ridge. Poor Ridge. Wonder if he ever figured out if it was him or his wealth and prestige that was the aphrodisiac? What do you all think? It might be something fun to explore later on.
After they part, a stroke of brilliance hits Brooke, and it has the chance to cause some, well, strokes in the Forrester household.
The reveal
With help from the ever-ready-to-cause-mischief Lauran Fenmore (Traci Bregman), Brooke slips past everyone and into the press conference where the latest Forrester Creations is unveiling a new line called “Brooke’s Bedroom.”
Seriously, this couldn’t have been more perfectly done, and what happened next is the stuff of legendary awesomeness.
Now, keeping in mind this is being televised, when the new set is unveiled, Brooke is dressed in sexy lingerie and stretched across a bed in the Forrester Showroom.
Not wanting to take prisoners, Brooke states for those watching at home — Taylor and Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) — that the new line is the “legacy of Ridge Forrester and Brooke Logan.”
Now that’s how to drop a nuke in a relationship war and CBS “The Bold and the Beautiful” Spoilers couldn’t be happier or prouder of her for showing how it’s done right.
Brooke may be many things, but she always finds a way to come out on top.
