CBS “The Bold and the Beautiful” Spoilers here, and we’re happy to say we have some fresh spoiler goodies to share. This marks the first day of original B&B programming since they ran out of new episodes a couple of months back.
The downside to this is it’s basically a recap episode, but that’s not entirely a bad thing. We could have the not-so joyous pleasure of watching a couple of weeks’ worth of programming leading up the when they stopped. We have a feeling the problems many of us had with the theme weeks would pale compared to what would happen if they did that, but hopefully we won’t find out how it’d work out at any point in the future.

Memories
With that being said, the recaps look like they’ll be done as regular conversation as Katie Logan (Heather Tom) brings Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) up to speed on Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer)’s antics in exposing Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) at her and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye)’s reunion party. Since this is still a fresh wound for Katie, we can expect some heartfelt emotion from her in what has the potential to be a tear-jerking scene.
Afterwards, Carter joins Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) and they talk about her whirlwind ride on the Thomas Forrester (Mathew Atkinson) express and how that derailed in as horrible a fashion as imaginable. Their discussion then turns to how Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) rose from the wreckage and returned to each other.
But wait, there’s more.
Budding romance
This is pure speculation from CBS “The Bold and the Beautiful” Spoilers, but given the possible context of Zoe and Carter’s upcoming conversation, we feel they’re destined to hook up in the coming weeks or months.
It struck us when reading the description for this episode when they learn about Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope)’s illness and how Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) and Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) are sacrificing to make her happy in her final days.
This made us wonder who told them, and while Katies seems the obvious choice, we’re feeling pretty sure it’ll be a random worker at Forrester Creations, and this will give Zoe and Carter pause and a reason to wonder how much they’ve missed. If they do this, CBS “The Bold and the Beautiful” Spoilers think it’d be a cool homage and nod to the fans for being away for so long. It’s be a fun way of welcoming us back into the fold.
But also, and this is where our relationship theory comes into play, Zoe will be hit hard by the thoughtfulness of Wyatt and Flo. Since her relationship with Thomas ended with his abandoning her at the alter, she’ll pine for a relationship with someone as loving as Wyatt as well as having a relationship with so much love and trust they could do something similar.
She’ll feel sorry for herself and her previous choices, opening the door wide for Carter to be that friend and possibly something more in the future. As we said, this is purely speculation, but it’s been rumored and would be a logical step if they’re going to be built into another family for us to enjoy going forward.
