Nothing like delving back into a Newman week for CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers to get all juiced for the week.
It’s been a while since we’ve seen an episode focused on Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), so this is a nice change of pace.
Though it makes us wonder if all the families are going to get a second round before new episodes return? We don’t think there’ll be time, but we wouldn’t mind another Katherine the Great week. Just saying.
Originally airing on August 30, 1994, this episode delves back into the inner workings of the Newman family as Victor schools Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) on the importance of the Newman legacy, and Nikki is distraught over Victoria Newman (Heater Tom)’s independence and the problem it could cause.
This should be a fun one, and CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers are looking forward to it.

The legacy
Helping or making children understand the importance of the family’s legacy has been a staple in television shows and movies since the beginning, and it’s a staple of life as well.
Parents want what’s best for their children, but they also don’t want what they built to be torn down because something’s not taken seriously enough.
With this in mind, we’re curious how Victor will approach it since Nick probably knows the ins and outs of the company and family history.
Assuming Nick’s heard it all a hundred times before, will Victor take him on a tour of where it all began or simply let him see the people they now help and point out that’s where they came from?
Should be a pretty cool moment as we get to see some growth for the two characters and a possible Aha! moment for Nick.
Independent problems
Few things can match a young individual’s desire to find themselves and pull away from their parents and family.
In many cases, it causes more heartache and strife for he parents as they want to protect their children and keep them from harm, but they also have to figure out when to step back and let them fall.
CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers think this is where Nikki will find herself as she struggles with Victoria’s independent spirit and wanting to do things on her own.
Victoria has always been a strong-minded woman that’s sought her own way to becoming her vision of her father.
How Nikki handles this will be just as interesting as Victor and Nick’s storyline, and CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers are looking forward to seeing what happens.
