CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers here and we have some fun spoilery goodness to share.
It looks like we may get a brief break from the Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) storyline, and it could work in its favor.
While CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers love Adam’s storyline, it is a pretty heavy one and having some fun injected here and they can help balance things.
To that end, we get some more in our next favorite storyline involving Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford)’s newest business endeavor meant to give women the perfect day to relax.
What’s going to make this interesting is Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) looks like she’s going to be hanging around.
These two have such great chemistry together that we can’t look away. They give us some great comedic moments that are subtle, but take the pressure and intensity out of the scene for us.
But Abby won’t be the backbone of this episode as Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will offer his help once again to Phyllis.

Nick’s the man
While Phyllis has proven herself to be a genius when it comes to ideas, even she needs help every now and then, and she’s not afraid to ask.
The other day, Nick helped her with her current endeavor to create an event that will allow women to spend the day relaxing in a perfect environment specifically designed for them.
To go one step further, CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers believe that Nick will help Phyllis once again, but this time by bringing in some test subjects for her initial run.
One of those we know for certain he’ll have to coax there is his mother, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
She’s not a fan of Phyllis, so it’s safe to assume it’s going to take a wee but of pushing from Nick to get her there.
He’s always been willing to help out anyone, and Phyllis is far more than that, so it’s expected he’ll go the extra mile for her.
There are a couple of others that might be there as well, but it won’t be because of Nick. In fact, they may do some bonding while enjoying what Phyllis has to offer.
Common ground
Elena Dawson (Brytini Sarpy) and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) have been at odds for a while not.
They’re not necessarily enemies, but things have definitely been frosty between them. Over the last few months as things have progressed and Amanda’s proven herself, their personal cold war my be ending.
We expect them to find some common ground over Dr. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
They both share a relationship with him, and CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers think both of them wanting him to be happy is what’ll help bring down the barriers.
Of course, we also expect them to do this while taking part in Phyllis’ testing of her idea. We expect Amanda to be there if she can simply because she’s a friend.
Wherever they do their bonding, we think it’s going to be a fun group of segments and we’re looking forward to seeing the pair in action.
