WWE Raw Results switched backstage where Jax approached Baszler and she apologized, then said how they could win the tag team titles, and she wants the titles.
Baszler promised to help her with that as long as Jax got off her back.
Jax countered by saying as long as Baszler followed her lead. Baszler slapped her, and the two went their separate ways.
This pairing has some potential to do some damage, and is really interesting given Nia Jaz’s comments about Baszler’s friend and fellow MMA fighter and former WWW wrestler, Ronda Rousey.
It should be interesting to see what they’re capable of doing when they work together.
Once they cleared off, Ruby Riott and Live Morgan approached and were met by Bianca Belair and their conversation switched to the “two Iiconic dumba$$es.”
The trio even did a synchronized clap as they prepared to show the Iiconics a thing or two.
Zelina Vega and the Iiconics (Peyton Royce and Billie Kay) vs. The Riott Squad (Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan) and Bianca Beliar
Kay and Morgan started it off, and Kay threw Morgan into their corner before tagging Royce in.
Morgan quickly took over and force Royce into their corner in a cool opening exchange.
Kay hit Riott with a big boot for a near pinfall, then tagged Royce in and they hit Riott with a double kick.
Vega hit Riott with a couple of kicks, then a running double knee for a near oinfall.
Vega then locked in a reverse chin lock, but Riott threw her off. Vega rolled to their corner and knocked Morgan off the apron and taunted Belair.
Riott rolled under Vega and tagged in Belair, who caught Vega by her hair and pulled her back before she could tag out.
Belair hit with a handful of shoulder blocks, then a front slam and moonsault for a pin attempt, but the Iiconics broke it up.
The Riot Squad took out the Iiconics with double step up kicks, keeping the match mainly between Vega and Belair.
Vega rolled up Belair, but Belair kicked out, then hit with a KOT for the win.
WWE Raw Results have said this every week, and we’ll continue to say it — can we please get a decent length of match out of this group? They’re too good for only a few minutes each week.
