CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers here and we have some fun spoilery goodies to share.
With the fallout from the Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) article looming, it looks like damage control is the name of the game in Genoa City at the moment.
Because of that, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) is going to pressure Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) to cut his ties with Adam, but her fight might not be as difficult as she expects.
Speaking of Adam fallout, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) are going to have growing concerns about Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind).
Faith has been a great kid, but she’s had trouble dealing with Sharon’s cancer and now that Sharon’s had another surgery and people and friends are messaging her constantly, things could turn sour in a hurry.
This is going to present more problems than are currently obvious for everyone involved, and we think that’s going to start happening anytime now.

Cutting ties
Abby hasn’t minced words when it comes to what she thinks about Chance and Adam’s friendship, and she’s going to be even more emphatic now with Chance wanting to join the GCPD.
She wants him to be happy and safe, and that makes sense. Unfortunately, since he’s with a Newman he’s going to get a lifetime of the opposite.
Abby and others really should start wearing disclaimer or warning tags when they meet people.
But in all seriousness, Chance has shown a tight loyalty to Adam but that could be changing. CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers expect Chance to resist, but he won’t be as stubborn as previously.
Could he agree and kick Adam to the curb?
Faith’s troubles
With everything Faith has had to deal with lately, it’s a surprise that she’s as well balanced as she is. In fact, we’re surprised she’s not the family’s black sheep and tearing things apart.
Though that’s always possible.
CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers expect things to start escalating for her as she deals with people online and in school.
We expect her to act out more and get in a few fights with her classmates, and this will have a greater effect on Nick and Sharon.
Though it won’t be Faith’s intention, she’ll cause her parents stress and for Sharon that’s especially not good, even if the surgery is behind her.
For Nick, he’s facing difficulties with his other daughter, Summer Newman (Hunter King), and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) as he’s caught between two different family groups.
We won’t be surprised if he lashes out at some point, and either Adam or Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will be on the receiving end.
