WWE Smackdown Draft Results (10/9) – Roman Reigns Names the Stipulation for Hell in a Cell; WWE Draft Round 2

WWE Smackdown Draft Results returned to Jey Uso in the ring as he called out Roman Reigns, demanding to know what the stipulation was for their Hell in a Cell match.

When Reigns didn’t respond, Jey continued that he knew he wouldn’t do that unless it was on his terms.

Jey then started his typical call about Lockdown in the Uso Penitentiary when Paul Heyman appeared on the titantron asking him to stop.

Heyman asked him to stop embarrassing himself and his family by trying to dictate the appearance of Reigns. He added it’s solely at the discretion of Reigns.

He then added that to those coming to Smackdown that Reigns applauds their ambition, but if they became too ambitious and want to become champion, he signaled the start of Jey and Reigns’ Clash of Champions match.

The focus shifted to Reigns and Heyman backstage where Reigns asked how it feels that Jey’s father and uncle always said believe only half of what you see and hear, but “what you just saw, you can believe that.”

Reigns continued by saying he tried to help Jey and make his life better. All he had to do was say the words and acknowledge Reigns as his tribal chief.

Since he didn’t, there will be the first ever “I quit” match at Hell in a Cell.

Reigns reiterated that it doesn’t have to be like this, that he wants to help Jey and he loves him.

He added that after Jey says, “I quit” there will consequences.

    WWE Draft Round 2

Stephanie McMahon announced a surprise championship match as the New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) will face Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro for the Smackdown Tag Team Championship.

Gee, wonder who will win that one.

    Round two’s picks are:

Raw becomes “Phenomenal” as they selected AJ Styles.

    Smackdown selected Sasha Banks.

Raw will “feel the glow” by selecting Naomi.

    Smackdown chose Bianca Belair

And finally, Raw selected WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler

Styles cut a promo from his home saying he should’ve been the first pick, and he’s offended that someone with his skill should not be surrounded by Jeff Hardy and Sami Zayn.

He added that he’s going to Raw, and his future looks phenomenal.

Styles is a great choice by Raw, but WWE Smackdown Draft Results are feeling some déjà vu. We wonder how long before Styles is sent back to Smackdown to save its flagging ratings again.

What do you think of the selections? Who would you have picked? Let us know in the comments below.
