CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers here with some fun spoilery goodies to get the new week started right.
It looks like we’re going to have some action to go along with the drama as the Newman family will continue to be at odds over what to do about Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
Really, is there any surprise that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be at odds with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle)?
It’s practically second nature to Victoria and Nick to disagree with their father by now, and especially when it comes to involving anything with Adam that doesn’t involve his complete destruction.
Speaking of Victor’s youngest, since Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) disappeared, he’s been the focus of Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) as the detective has been following him.
This is going to lead to a dangerous situation that may alter Adam’s future or at least his plans for it.

The Newmans at it again
Few things change on daytime television, and a good Newman family squabble is something that CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers is always interested in seeing.
In this bit, Victoria and Nick will continue to try to convince Victor it’s best if he works with them to eliminate Adam or at least ensure he’s no longer a threat.
It’ll be met with Victor’s customary stubbornness to do right by his child and work to fix things he messed up to begin with.
Basically, it looks like it’ll be the same back and forth we’ve seen a hundred times, though it could be spiced up if Victor learns of Victoria’s trap for Adam.
If he does, things could really pick up steam in time for the next family get together.
Adam’s friendship becomes a liability
Adam and Chance have a bond from their time together in Phoenix, and it’ll probably always be there no matter what.
In this case, Chance has been following Adam in the hope that he’ll see if he leads him to Chelsea.
What he never planned on was Adam having a growing list of enemies and one of them will take a shot at him.
Chance being the hero he is will warn Adam and probably take a bullet for him.
There are so many possibilities for what could happen here that it’s tough to pick one, though we can see this as shocking Adam away from what he was planning.
There’s also the chance he figured Chance would follow him and he set it up to put the blame on his siblings or father, and then there’s the notion that Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) did it.
The latter is a possibility, but CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers don’t see Faith doing anything like that, though he mother and others may suspect her.
