Impact Wrestling Turning Point Preview is all set to help lay the table for today’s pay-per-view that’s being aired only on Impact Plus.
We have plenty of good matches on the card to enjoy, and it’s going to be fun to see how things work out in the different championship hunt.
Impact World Championship – Rich Swann (c) vs. Sami Callihan
This has the promise to be a top flight match as Callihan looks to recapture the title he lost last year, and he has plenty of assets to call upon to help him if needed.
Callihan was one of the first people to line up to face Swann, and it’ll be fun to see the two face off for the company’s top title.

Knockouts Championship No Disqualification – Su Yung (c) vs. Deonna Purrazzo
This has the makings of another brutal classic and it’s Su Yung’s favorite playground as she won’t be hindered by any rules.
That goes for Purrazzo as well, as she’s shown that she’s willing to do anything to get and hold onto the Knockouts Championship, so Impact Wrestling Turning Point Preview expects her to match Su Yung in viciousness.
The x factor will be if Kimber Lee can interfere, but after Su Yung took her out last week, we doubt she’ll be a problem. Though it would be an interesting surprise at the end to get Purrazzo the belt back.
Impact Tag Team Championship – The North (Ethan Page, Josh Alexander) (c) vs. The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson, Doc Gallows)
This is another one we’ve been waiting for and it’s going to be fun to see the Good Brothers actually challenge for the Impact Tag Team Championship in a real tag team match.
Sure, they’ve had some great matches up until now, but it’s been a slow burn to this moment and we expect both tag teams to leave it all out there as they give us an awesome match.
As for who will win, we may as well flip a coin. We’re just going to sit back with some snacks and enjoy the show.
X-Division Championship – Defeat Rohit Challenge
Rohit’s bringing back his “opportunities” for the roster to win his championship, and it’s going to be fun to see who will step up to challenge him.
On the last Impact Wrestling, Rohit defeated TJP after a low blow and as a result TJP can’t challenge him for the X-Division Championship again.
This opens the door for others to step into. Whoever it is, we’re sure it’s going to be a fun one as Rohit tries to keep his title.
The other matches on the card have some fun storylines going as well.
Eddie Edwards vs. Daivari
This is going to be fun as it’ll be Daivari’s first match since appearing at Bound For Glory’s Call Your Shot Gauntlet match.
This will be a good one simply for the action we should see as these two old pros go head to head.
It’s going to be physical and fun, and we’re looking forward watching it.
Jordynne Grace and Tenille Dashwood vs. Taya Valkyrie and Rosemary
This has the potential to be a great match both with action and comedy as Jordyyn Grace will attempt to coexist with Tenille Dashwood.
While it’s basically a trial match so they can see if they want to enter the tag team tournament for the revived Knockouts Tag Team Championship.
The problem is they’re facing off against a team that’s on a hot streak, and with one member in particular, Rosemary, expected to be on a vengeful streak after he John E. Bravo was shot at their wedding.
Nothing like a trial by fire.
Moose vs. Willie Mack
This is going to be another brutally physical match as Willie Mack will be looking to even the score against Moose for being blindsided and then attacked a week later.
Moose’s new attitude was awakened thanks to EC3, and we have a feeling we haven’t seen the full scope of what he’s now capable of doing to his opponents.
This is going to be a slobber knocker.
Brian Myers vs. Swoggle
This match is so lopsided that Swoggle will probably never want to use a barbeque tongs again.
Be that as it may, we expect Swoggle to put up a fight, but he’s way over matched unless the rules are changed to no DQ or he’s got someone on the outside helping him.
On the flip side, as a gimmick match, this should have a good mix of laughs and action.
