‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re all set with some spoilery fun to share.
It looks like we’ll get to see a career potentially rise while another will be on notice, and then there’s a fun lawlery exchange that could be the most entertaining part of the show.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, December 10: Sally Impresses Lauren- Amanda Takes a Hard Stance
There’s plenty going on lately, and with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) out on bail, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) invited Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) to see him.
We’re expecting he’ll want to get a plea deal done, but will Amanda go along with it?
But not everything in Genoa City is about wheeling and dealing or getting into trouble. In fact, some of the best moments are the ones where someone casually and subtly stirs up trouble.
Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) fits into the latter category as she’s been giving Summer Newman (Hunter King) tips and advice to help her in her new job.
Because of this, Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) will find herself looking at Sally in a different light, but will that be good or bad for Genoa City’s newest addition?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, December 10: Take the deal
This is purely speculation our ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers part, but we expect Michael to go at Amanda to agree to a plea deal instead of letting the trial go to court.
Amanda will go back at him and take the hardened stance that Billy says he’s innocent and wants a trial.
We’ll se a back and forth, but in the end, Michael’s attempt for a quick resolution will fail.
What makes this really interesting for us is that Michael hates Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and he may want to put Billy in prison with the hope that the real shooter will still take Adam out.
While that’s doubtful, we do think he’s getting pressure from the higher ups, which of course comes from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) applying his own pressure, to end this quickly.
More than anything, Victor wants Billy to be found guilty, and despite his adamant denials of setting him up, he definitely has a hand in this somewhere.
Though we feel it’s safe to say the show runners will probably continue painting him in the light of the perfect father figure, etc, etc.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, December 10: Making an impression
Sally’s been trying to work her way back to the top of the fashion industry, and while she plans on how to take Summer down from one angle, she’s been proving her worth by offering suggestions.
It’s a great way to help Summer, but it’ll also show Lauren that she knows what she’s doing and that maybe she should be in Summer’s place.
We expect Lauren to develop a growing respect and admiration for Sally, so when Summer stumbles (and Sally will make sure of that) she can put Sally at the head of the table.
Things could heat up pretty fast in Genoa City.
