‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re all set to get the new week started with some spoilery goodies.
Genoa City is starting to heat up despite another ice storm, and it should lead to some fun storylines in the near future.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, February 1: Ultimatum time
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has allowed Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) free reign over Newman Enterprises for a while now, but it looks like that’s about to end.
Victoria has made some moves Victor didn’t approve of, but she also buried an executive embezzling from the company.

While it’s easy to imagine Victor going to her to demand that her resignation if she doesn’t repair the damage she’s done, but we think it’s going to be for another reason.
Victoria has managed to avoid taking a vacation or any time off like it was the plague, and CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers think he’s going to order her to take a few days off.
Victoria will take this in the way it’s not meant and dig her heels in. Partially probably due to her not wanting him to see what she’s up to, but more so for him coming in and ordering her around.
The first would be interesting as she’ll remember Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford)’s claim and think she said something and this is a way to get rid of her.
It’ll reopen hostilities between her and Phyllis and sink Victoria deeper into her well of despair.
But the latter is the one that’ll really burn her and she’ll take a day off over her dead body. Looks like we could be at the precipice of a hot Newman civil war.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, February 1: Nate and Devon sit down
Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) sitting down to talk with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) holds a lot of potential for a brawl in recent months, and never more than after Devon and Elena Dawkins (Brytni Sarpy) spent the ice storm.
But as much fun as that would be, we expect this to be a responsible and civil discussion as they’ll probably discuss the particulars of Moses Winters (Dax Randall)’s arrival soon.
They’ll cover those details and then possibly ask how each are doing as they start to let their guards down.
This would be a perfect time for Devon to let loose what happened, but will be decide to let things go as even? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
