‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to share some fun spoilery goodies.
Genoa City remains in a slow period as the most exciting thing is Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) not slipping on a patch of ice.
But there’s still some interesting story building going on that we hope will payoff with a good angle at the end of things.
Of course, that will probably come after a long run of perfect moments before they circle back to the point of things.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, March 4: Jack deals with more concern
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is on the path to finding happiness and because it’s with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) everyone’s worried about.
After being a lone wolf for years and proving he’s more than capable of taking care of himself, but everyone’s intent on treating him like he can’t take care of himself.
It’s a nice glimpse into our society and how we often look at our older friends and family.
And because of that, we think Jack’s going to face yet another person concerned for his wellbeing and he’s going to defend himself as strongly as ever.
We think he’ll finally be growing tired of everyone thinking he can’t look after himself. He’ll be as respectful as ever and respond in kind, but we doubt it’ll be enough.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, March 4: Abby’s support group
Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) has been obsessed with having a child with or without her husband present, and ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expected someone to try to reign her in some.
Instead, everyone threw their support behind her and we can’t help but feel this is going to be one of those really heartbreaking events down the road.
The show’s put too much time and effort into this storyline for the child to be anything but a never happens, savior, and the greatest evil.
We hope we’re wrong and Abby has her child and they live happily ever after, but this show likes to maximize their perfect moments to squeeze every last bit of emotion out of us.
This would be more interesting if we weren’t so inundated with Abby and her struggles, but it should pay off down the road. At least, we hope so.
We’re sure things will work out one way or another, so we’ll just have to wait and see what’ll happen.
Will anyone accept Jack and Sally’s growing relationship?
