‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set with some spoilery goodies to close the week out.
It looks like we’re in for some discoveries and promises, meaning something’s bound to go horribly wrong for those involved.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Friday, April 30: Promises, promises
Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) has made a habit out of making promises to those he cares about, and it looks like Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) is next on the list.
He’s already made a couple of promises to her, but we expect him to once again pledge to be there for her no matter what, or he could swear his ever lasting love.
The latter would be a big step for him, but we think it’ll trigger something down the road that’s not going to be pleasant.
In daytime television, as soon as someone pledges anything things tend to go wrong soon afterwards and this won’t be any different.
The question is, will they make it any length of time before things explode?
It’s sad to say, but ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are more interested in what’s going to go wrong for them instead of Devon’s promise. We’re not sure if that’s a good thing or not.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Friday, April 30: Victor’s closing in
It looks like Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is ignoring one of his children’s wishes so things can be done his way.
Color us unsurprised since it’s an old habit his children learned over the years to get away from, and it looks like it’s Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)’s turn to learn the lesson.
Victor’s spies have finally managed to find something to give Victor a clue as to where Adam’s hiding, and it’s only a matter of time before he barges in and drags Adam back by his ear.
We can’t help but wonder how long before Adam grows tired of Victor’s ever present shadow and go back to trying to kill him?
We’re pretty sure that before things are over, Victor’s going to be cast out of his own family to live and die alone, and this could be the beginning of that story.
