‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers here and we’re set to end the week on a cliffhanger following some progress.
It’s been a fun run, but it looks like we’re nearing the end of the current murder mystery and it’s going to be interesting to see who ends up being the murderer.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Friday, April 16: John’s hypnotized
John Black (Drake Hogestyn) has been trying to remember what he did when Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) was murdered, and he’ll finally get Marlena Evans (Deirdre Hall) on board.
Marlena’s been cautious about accepting John’s account that he may have shot Charlie simply because of his current health concerns and because he’s her husband, of course.
She’s not trying to let him get away with anything, but she doesn’t want to subject him to any more strain or stress then necessary.
But with the search for Charlie’s murderer still ongoing, she’s going to give in and hypnotize John so he can remember what he did or saw that night.
With any luck, it’ll help him relax and he won’t be as stressed. And if he did the crime, will Marlena stand by and let him give himself up without more understanding?
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Friday, April 16: Rafe finds a new suspect
Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) has had a rough time of it lately with finding who killed Charlie, and no one is making it easy for him.
So far, his best suspects have been cleared and he’s going to be nearing his wits’ end when he stumbles across a new lead.
This will be interesting as we expect it to be someone we’re not expecting. In short, ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers think it could’ve been done by Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun)’s brother in retaliation.
More likely, and this is what we’re going with until proven wrong, is that Charlie shot himself by accident.
It seems almost too perfect that no one was seen coming or going that night, and him being a clutz is a perfect reason for why no one that was there witnessed anything.
Of course, we could be completely wrong and John or another show regular did it.
Unfortunately, we probably won’t get the answer in this episode as we’ll have to wait until next week for the final confirmation.
We’re looking forward to seeing how close our guesses have been. Who do you think stumbles onto Rafe’s list?
