Khloe Kardashian posted a bikini pic and her fans loved it. However, the picture was posted “by mistake” via Instagram. The picture showed her smiling near a pool in Palm Springs, California, . She was wearing a leopard print bikini and the picture appeared unedited.
“The color edited photo was taken of Khloe during a private family gathering and posted to social media without permission by mistake by an assistant,” Tracy Romulus, chief marketing officer for KKW Brands, told Page Six. “Khloe looks beautiful but it is within the right of the copyright owner to not want an image not intended to be published taken down.”
We do not know if the mother of one has a strong case with the issue. A legal expert told Yahoo Entertainment that “it may be difficult to assert an infringement claim.” However, Khloe’s picture shocked her fans. Her fans loved her “beautiful” and “natural” looks, which is different than her usual pictures.
