Secrets are a funny thing. When they come out there can be laughs, jokes, and bad blood, but in a soap opera in a town called Salem bad blood rarely does the events justice.

It’s not easy starting a new business, but it can be even harder in gaining the approval of an elder statesperson when it comes time to test out how well her recipe she handed down came out.

Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) isn’t a pushover for anyone except her husband, and her normally soft spot for family may not be so tender after being blackmailed into helping, but we expect her to like what she sees.
Of course, NBC “Days of Our Lives” Spoilers think she’s going to see the whole presentation Chanel DuPree (Precious Way) did as well as taste her and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold)’s handiwork.
This has potential to be a highly entertaining segment and we can’t wait.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Wednesday, June 23: Lani learns more than she wanted to
Lani Price (Sal Stowers) will long remember this day as when she heard more about her father’s sex life than she ever wanted to know, and she’ll hear it from good old Aunt Paulina Price (Jackée Harry).
Yep. Paulina’s shaking more than foundations in Salem with her wheelings and dealings, and she’s going to want to be the first to tell Lani that she slept with Abe Carver (James Reynolds).
This will shock Lani, but at the same time it won’t as she’s probably been expecting this.
It could, however, trigger her protective daughter side and she may tear into Paulina about making sure she’s not going to just leave Abe high and dry.
Paulina won’t have any plans of doing that, but we get the feeling she’s quick to find interest elsewhere, judging from what Lani had said previously about her.
This segment can go a couple of different ways form hilarious to really serious, so we’re keeping popcorn and comfort food nearby just in case.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Wednesday, June 23: Gwen and Xander are stuck
Whelp, no one ever said helping Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) would be easy, and Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) is finding that out now.
Of course, Dr. Snyder (Michael Lowry) dropping dead from an apparent heart attack solves just about all of their problems, if they handle it right.
All they have to do is call the police and say he harassed Gwen when she refused to deliver the drugs and that he claimed to have a forged medical report he’d give her dad if she didn’t help.
Of course, they won’t do this or they’ll mess something up along the way, but we wouldn’t mind seeing things work out for the two of them for once.
