The WWE has been at the center of a lot of news lately, and most of it hasn’t been the best, but we doubt anyone expected the WWE Thunderdome to be robbed.
It’s been reported by Wrestlingrepublic.com that on May 22, 2021, an individual took several items from the WWE Thunderdome at University of South Florida’s Yuengling Center.
The alert was announced on Saturday June 5, 2021 by the University of South Florida Police Department as they’re looking for help from anyone that can identify the suspect shown in the surveillance photos.

Thunderdome Era coming to a close
With the pandemic locking down events and eliminating live audiences, the WWE did what they always do and they put their money into the presentation of their product.
At first, the produced television in the WWE Performance Center without a crowd, then wrestlers with masks on behind plexiglass.
Soon after that, they moved locations and unveiled the Thunderdome concept. After WrestleMania 37 in April, the WWE moved into the Yuengling Center.
While it brought back the crowd per se, it was still 100% controlled with the cheers, boos, and chants over the public address system to help give the feel of things being normal.
It was a pretty cool thing and showed how the WWE has become such a force as Vince McMahon put the majority of his money into the production quality since day one.
Now, with the Thunderdome Era coming to an end in mid July when the company begins touring again, everyone’s getting ready to shift gears again.
As strange as the last year has been, WWE Thunderdome robbed isn’t as big a surprise as we’d like to think, and we hope everything is settled before too long.
If you know anything, please contact the police to help resolve this and we continue moving forward.
